Catch-all Emails in Shared Website Hosting
If you have a shared website hosting service with our company and you wish to activate the catch-all option for a specific e-mailbox that you have in your web hosting account, it’ll take literally just one single click of the mouse in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel to achieve that. A catch-all button is available on the right-hand side of each email address that you have created under any domain name hosted in your account. You can select one single address per domain by clicking on the corresponding button. This will activate the feature momentarily, so all emails sent to mistyped addresses will be delivered there. Clicking on the button again will deactivate the catch-all feature. If you’ve got activated email forwarding, our system will show a warning notice and you won’t be able to enable the catch-all feature unless you disable the forwarding or you can simply select some other mailbox to be the catch-all one.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
You’ll be able to configure a catch-all address with no more than one click in case you have a semi-dedicated hosting with us and your emails are handled by our cloud platform. All the email addresses that you create with any domain hosted in the semi-dedicated hosting account will be displayed in the Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section. Each of them will have a tiny "Catch-all" icon next to it, so all it will take to activate this option will be to click that icon. In the same manner you will be able to disable the feature, if you do not need it anymore. Our system will inform you in case you are trying to enable a second catch-all email address for a given domain name or in case there’s enabled email forwarding, but it’ll never deactivate or change anything automatically or without your consent.
